We were in this hotel for the fourth time (this time only for one night at the end of our vacation). We are always very satisfied there. Friendly staff. Great dinner. There is also a swimming pool and whirlpool. Playground for Kids outside. Everyone was so friendly.

Apartment is large and spacious, amenities a numerous (hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, cooking equipment, pans etc.). Furniture is modern and everything is new. Spa area and pool is amazing. Indoor pool water is heated. It says 33 degrees. There are plenty of saunas and everything is equiped. Garage spaces are excellent as well.

I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The apartment was not only spacious but also very clean and cozy. It felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness truly stood out. One of the highlights was the amazing location of the property. The hosts are kind and helpful. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, clean and very well equipped. Looks exactly as on the pictures. We were welcomed with fruits, biscuits, chocolate and candies. Tea, coffee was also available. There was even soap, shower gel, shampoo and washing gel/powder in the bathroom. We highly appreciated that our bicycles could be stored in a small shed instead of leaving them outside (even though the neighborhood is told to be so safe we don't even need to lock the door/gate).

    Neusiedl town is a good place when visiting the lake and/or national park. A car or at least bicycle is needed, because everything is a little bit far. There are some restaurants and shops in the town.

    TERRIBLE PLACE, DO NOT BOOK!!

    TERRIBLE PLACE, DO NOT BOOK!! The condition of cleanliness and comfort was completely unacceptable and utterly disappointing. And until now the host showed no response to our messages. Going missing so they can avoid the problem. The issues we encountered are as follows: 1. Dirty Bedding: The bed linens had visibly hair, black stains, blood spots, and yellow discolouration. This is absolutely not acceptable. 2. Missing Bedding in One Bedroom: In one bedroom, we found a duvet and pillow in a drawer, but they were not covered. We had to put the covers on ourselves, which is clearly not part of the standard service. 3. Food Crumbs Under the Sofa Blanket: There were significant amounts of food crumbs hidden under the sofa blanket, indicating a complete lack of proper cleaning. 4. Uncomfortably Cold Temperature: Despite turning the heater to maximum, the apartment remained cold, forcing us to wear down jackets indoors. This level of discomfort is unacceptable. Including the shower boilers not working properly and we had to take cold showers. 5. Slow Wifi: Can't even load videos on tiktok, don't even try youtube. We arrived at 8 PM after a long journey, and given the condition of the apartment, it was too late for us to find alternative accommodations. While we are trying our best to adjust to the situation, we expect a refund due to the clear failure to provide the promised standards of cleanliness and comfort. I tried communicating with the property via booking.com, but their are not responsive, and showed no initiative in solving the situation. I felt very neglected and disappointed in this service.

    There is the Lake ... you can relax there, take a boat ...

    There is the Lake ... you can relax there, take a boat ... swim, eat at the various restaurants with lake view, etc. You can go wine tasting. We always do :). We cycle - so we bring our bikes to cycle around the lake.

    The apartment is spacious , bright & most importantly...

    The apartment is spacious , bright & most importantly spotless. Once you step in , you can feel the welcoming atmosphere & straight away you would feel like you are at home. I like the way they paid attention to the small details & some lovely positive quotes you can find around the place. I will certainly visit again !

    A very nice hotel, where tradition meets modernity. Breakfast is tasty and varied. The hotel and the rooms are particularly clean. You have free parking and enough space, which is a big advantage. The bed is very comfortable and cozy. A place where you feel like in a fairy tale.

    We liked the indoor pool and gym with very good opening hours, we loved the table tennis set, and we appreciated the very nice staff and the nice room. We loved the little balcony. The food was good. The hotel was very accomodating when we told them that one of us is vegan.
