I’d like to personally thank the cleaning lady who help us get a cab early in the morning, we would have missed our flight.

Great location. Stylish, elegant hotel. Wonderful staff always helpful with information and recommendations. No lift but as if by magic people appeared to help with luggage.

The room was clean and tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee and a spoon! This was a criticism early in reviews. The room was as I wanted and plenty of space. check in was easy and if I needed help they were on the end of the phone. very good.
