I thought the facilities were great, the room had everything I needed. The option of getting hot food in the restaurant was a huge bonus. The staff were really nice.

We were very grateful for the delicious meal and the stop over to break up the drive across the Nullabor, for two staying in an executive queen room I was surprised to be charged for and extra person and only find 1 bottle of water and 1 chair outside our room

Friendly staff willing to help.
Friendly staff willing to help. Large selection of food & drinks. Perfect place for the early start to cross the Nullarbour.
The lighting in the rooms could be better especially in the bathroom.
A desk and chair would in the room would help.

Revolting…it was like staying in a public toilet!
Revolting…it was like staying in a public toilet! The rooms are old, smelly and unclean. The bathroom was worse..mouldy, cracked tiles, walls and smelt like urine. The small bedside light was fluorescent which made everything neon so showed yellow stains on the sheets. TV only 3 analog channels and reception was fuzzy. We got out of there as soon as we could. Expensive.

The food was great. Friendly staff.
The food was great. Friendly staff.
Had problems with the wifi cutting in and out and was unable to use Google maps when we left.
A bit noisy overnight as the units were so close together.
Overall enjoyed the stay.

The owners need to remind other travellers about noise.
The owners need to remind other travellers about noise. Cabin walls are very thin. You can hear EVERYTHING from normal ablutions to every word of conversation on phones and in person. While you would expect mature adults to be aware of the noise they make, they aren’t. Or choose not to be. A tent with the dingoes howling outside would have been better and if I had room in my car I would have slept there rather than having to sleep feet to the wall to get away from the snoring head of my neighbour. The rooms are configured in such a way that the top of your neighbour’s head is directly opposite your own with only thin particle board or something separating you from each other.

Just over the border from WA, shop open 24 hours for snacks and drinks. Has all amenities. Rooms are tiny but adequate. Allows pets which is amazing. Parking can be a problem with a trailer and there are a lot of vehicles with trailers…
