Busy small/medium country town servicing a large farming and local community. The supermarket (Foodland) is very good for supplies and the local pub caters for every taste. Bordertown was a lovely quiet little town ,lovely bakery ,lots of service stations,has a great supermarket and we had a lovely meal at the Woolshed hotel. Bordertown is a very clean and friendly town.
Bordertown is a very clean and friendly town. We enjoyed our pizza at Tolmer Restaurant. We visited the information centre before leaving and had a look around town. The lady at the Information Centre was very helpful. Also enjoyed a visit to the Art Exhibition at the Information Centre. We always try to stay here on the way back to Adelaide. Also sentimental because we used to visit friends on the farm. The Hinge Family. also the other farmers that we knew around about. Sad that they have gone now but the farms are having new growth.Guest review byAnonymous
