Everything from the room to the cleaning staff and administrative staff were very helpful. My room was very roomy and comfortable and very close to the local shops, the main shops (in Berala) and the convenience of the train station was just perfect. I will definitely pass on my experience to my family, relatives and friends. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience and to everyone at Chic Queen Room. I will be back back day, and I hope that everyone that I speak to will also apply to book their accommodation through your site. Thanks again.

1st is the service - the room/ bathroom were kept clean the whole time we were there. I appreciate also the nespresso so we get to drink fresh coffee every morning. The room was spacious and location is also accessible. Thank you for the comfortable stay we had.
