Manager Eastban offered warmth and thoughtfulness when we were thrown into panic after our rental car was stolen. He not only assisted us through the situation, but generously allowed us a late check-out so our children could have a safe place to rest. That kind of kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. Receptionist Brooke was equally remarkable. She personally accompanied us to the car rental company to sort things out, and even after finishing her shift, she followed up with us to see how we were doing and did everything she could to help.
