Simple motel packed with everything you need, near town centre. Clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were travelling g from UK and randomly chose this motel and were pleasantly surprised. Also turned up during jacaranda festival so added bonus of meeting fellow clients of motel who told us all about it and pointed out what to do from list the motel had supplied all rooms.

Late check was made easy. The room was far better than expected. The furnishings was great and made the room feel all that little bit more homely after been on the road away from home for a while.

Delightful host who introduced us to the property and left us to enjoy the fabulous space. Wonderful gardens, wonderful spacious property which was fully equipped and genorously stocked. Grafton and the valley were great and a short drive took us out thru Hunter Valley

    I needed accomodation close to grafton for work reasons. This lovely suite overlooked a gorgeous loved garden with a french influence, filled with birds roses and the occasional kangaroo. It was cosy, relaxed, and a short drive from the grafton centre. Dont stay in a yukky old hotel room. This place was lovely.
