What an exceptional b&b. Beautifully presented, comfortable, quiet, the view was amazing, the hosts were the nicest people you could wish to meet and everything you could want for a relaxing, peaceful stay was on hand. The gardens, which you have access to, are absolutely beautiful. Mary and Michael have nailed it here. It’s up there in my top two b&b”s. Highly recommend if you’re considering staying here.

    Richmond is a great spot on Sydney's outskirts right at the foothills of the Blue Mountains. I arrived late on the night before I intended to travel west to avoid travelling through Sydney traffic in the morning, and had a lovely refreshed start to the day

    The beds are very comfortable and clean.

    The beds are very comfortable and clean. Parking is not good and had to park on the street upon arrival due to no parking spots available. The rooms are a bit noisy until early hours of the morning. No breakfast available.
