The room was a great size. The shower was great. The windows open. Loved the quietness when you shut they windows. Couldn't hear the traffic. The breakfast room was an excellent addition. The shopping centre Knox was a 5 minute away, great.

Very comfy environment and nice location, just 15 mins drive to Brighton beach and puffing railway, 30mins drive to Moonlit Sanctuary Park. We had the room service for dinner which was very nice too. Definitely will recommend others to stay at this hotel who plan to SE suburb of Melbourne.

The carpark is huge and quite empty..so parking is a breeze. The carpark also hosts a red rooster, shell petrol station and a dan Murphy's bottle shop warehouse. Rooms were modern, clean and had easy access. The hotel gave us 2 free drinks at the bar. We didn't have time to use the bistro but had a coffee and free snacks at the pokies venue. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

    I wouldn't recommend staying in this accommodation, as it was old outdated and dingy . The beds were clean , and bathroom was clean.. There was nothing else nice about the room .. Maybe the more expensive rooms were better , but this room was very average for the price . The reception was friendly .. I would rate this room a 3/4.. poor . I wouldn't stay here again based upon being very average. It's ok for one night , any longer definitely not .

    The amenities were good..liked the separate rooms which were spacious and bathrooms for a couple plus 1 Plenty of crockery and utensils,good sized fridge and kitchen. Looked like pictures,exactly as described from listing. Even though near busy road the rooms were quiet and secure...felt safe at all times. Westfield Shopping centre within walking distance...great for groceries,food courts and fashion.

    The location of the hotel was awesome, close to Westfield that had everything. We loved the joining rooms so our teenagers had their own room and main space and we had the ensuite. Accessible by lift and it was clean and lots of space to put things. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and took care of things we needed. Thank you.

    Location across the road from Knox Westfield was convenient. A good size room. Wasn't too noisy inside the hotel. Limited but ok gym (lots of free weights missing but has a treadmill and multifunction weights magic).
