Stunning location with rooms, or dugouts, in a former opal mine, and White Cliffs is small and very isolated. The management team and chef were wonderful - made me a vegan meal from what they had available - and the surrounding landscape and night sky are awesome, literally awesome. Best night's sleep I've had in ages!
