Wudinna is a great place to stay, allowing easy access to must see tourist attractions and destinations in the Gawler Ranges, Wudinna and Minnipa districts. There are several accomodation options available including motel, private homes, caravan park and free camp options. The Australian Farmer Granite Sculpture is not to be missed. The Wudinna bakery was always popular for coffee and bakery items. Fuel is available from several outlets in the town.

Wudinna is a great base to visit the Gawler Ranges.

Wudinna is a great base to visit the Gawler Ranges. Ate at the pub, twice, the food was OK, typical pub fare. Pub has an extensive, very well priced “wine room”. Wudinna has a well stocked supermarket and a number of other interesting, useful stores.

Great road trips are possible to see the granites.

Great road trips are possible to see the granites. Just need to take provisions. The town is very neat and tidy. Emergency services are well set up and housed together in a very tidy building. For food provisions, there is a very good grocery and butcher shop.
