The reception staff's behavior was distinguished and elegant, especially the blonde lady. She gave me a special view of the room and cooperated with my previous request a month ago regarding the view. She kept her promise if the room was available. Great spot with plenty of activities for the kids. We enjoyed a boat ride, quad bikes, the playground and pool. It was very good value for what we paid as we came in the low season before closing. Some activities or food options were already closed for the season and not many guests were around.
