This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! While we had sent the rating & reviews, sometimes the reality doesn’t quite fit the information online. The hotels cleanliness, room quality & friendliness of staff and service was great. Extremely surprising was the quality of food and an excellent chef! Actually much better than a lot of good restaurants in Dhaka.

1) Lift was damage, I had to walk stairs all the time 2)Air-conditioner was not working after informing them they did not take any action 3) Breakfast was so much poor quality, just 2 porota & a omlate egg and some vegetables,not given a cup of tea even asked 4) I stayed 1 night 2 days, first night couldn’t sleep for air conditions and requested them to change the room but did not take action even I paid 7100 taka for to days, for air conditions problem I had to left the hotel without stay night 4)hotel are not maintain proper cleanness 5) stuff wasn’t helpful 6) shower water was not clean 7) its was waste of my money and time
