What a beautiful place to stay. Clear that the hosts know how to create and maintain a beautiful B&B. The rooms were so welcoming and comfortable, with a well done en-suite. The breakfast was superb. Such variety, freshly made and delicious. Last but not least, the host Anneke, is wonderful. Very welcoming. Happy to share valuable knowledge of Bruges but also very happy to give you space to relax and come & go.

Hotel in great location to reach Bruges without being inside the kaos of the city, great breakfast and friendly and helpful owner. We stayed during the period with the pool closed, but the garden in summer must really be a space to enjoy. We will be back!

Definitely not your regular 2 star, more like 4 star - friendly staff, amazing room, great breakfast. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Torhout is only 15 minutes on the train from Bruges - a great place to stay without paying premium prices.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very receptive. Also, although it isn’t located in the center of Bruges, it’s still a very nice and tranquil neighborhood. Also, the buses to go to the center of Bruges was only 5 mins walking from the hotel, which is very good.
