Ivajlovgrad is on the end of the world and there is No Taxi. But when asking the owner of the Hotel I found the time for the busses next day. The owner is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Good original bulgarian food in the Hotel Restaurant.

Everything is brand new, tastefully organized, spotlessly clean and so welcoming, so homey feeling. I loved the room, the kitchen, the little balcony and the garden with pomegranate trees (delicious, yummy fruits). Excellent service from the hosts. I extended my stay and would love to go back soon again.

The location is perfect. You can enjoy the silence, chirping birds , fresh air at the heart of the vast vineyard area. You can also enjoy the environment by walking around, there are plenty of pathways around the farms. The place is new, you can feel that cleanliness overall the hotel. We managed to check in late at night, and staff was really nice, marking sure our stay was comfortable. They even changed our reservation and put us in a 2 single beds bedroom to make us more comfortable! Potentially the best night of sleep during this trip! Beds are super comfortable and shower was powerful.

What a great atmosphere! A very authentic feeling and a warm welcome by the hosts. Wifi worked fine and we enjoyed the homemade food and conversations. A kayaktour was easily booked and a 10 min walk brings you to the shop and cafe in the village. We had a great stay. There is a lot to explore in the surroundings from Madharovo.
