The hotel is brand new and of a very high standard. It is centrally located in the city with a beautiful view over the valley and river. The interior is of a high level finish and exudes modest chic, class and tranquility. The breakfast is marvelous with fresh and local produce and home baked bread. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and go through great lengths to help you on your way. All and all a great place to stay which I would happily visit again.

Everything was superb! The hotel looks very new and our room was exceptionally clean. Location is the best, in a walking distance to every tourist sight. The room with terrace has a view of Tsarevets fortress, so we could see the light show right from our room ;) Also the owner is very nice and friendly.

Everything was great, I did not interact with the staff that much but I have been to this hotel on numerous occasions and they are always friendly and helpful and I appreciate it especially when I am busy it's a gem of a hotel.
