The best place to stay at in Veliko Turnovo. We love the location, the cleanliness. Staff is friendly and professional. Food served is of very high quality. It is our second visit to this beautiful hotel and definitely we will be back next year.

I've been to several hotels in Veliko Turnovo and this is the best ever. The whole building was renovated recently and everything is modern and new. The staff were really nice, kind and professional. The breakfast is amazing, fresh veggies and fruit, freshly made coffee and juice, it went out of my expectations.

The hotel is brand new and of a very high standard. It is centrally located in the city with a beautiful view over the valley and river. The interior is of a high level finish and exudes modest chic, class and tranquility. The breakfast is marvelous with fresh and local produce and home baked bread. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and go through great lengths to help you on your way. All and all a great place to stay which I would happily visit again.

Hotel Kiev is very centrally located. Our room was very clean and had a direct view of Tsarevets Fortress. The hotel owner, Eva, was especially friendly, helpful, and a wonderful host. She answered all our questions and gave us excellent directions. When I mentioned that I wanted to buy wine, she even took me to two different places to buy it. In short, the hotel and its staff absolutely deserve a five stars/10 points. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Kiev to everyone.
