Staff are welcome and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, I was lucky as they gave me a room with no one else in it but there were rooms occupied by other guests. The patio area is nice to chill and close to the minivans to go to the centre which is only a 25 minute walk or other places. Fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, plates, bowls, chips, cutlery, fridge, panini machine, kettle etc.

Cute little hotel with very friendly staff. We arrived very late and had to leave early on departure day but the staff was really flexible and nice about it, even prepared us a breakfast bag! The location is also very convenient close to the yellow gondola

I stayed at the Madero at the end of October and liked it so much that I returned for another stay (after a short trip to Uyuni) the first week of November. Great location near Av. 16 Julio and two teleférico lines. I stayed in a small, quiet single room that had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. My room was heated and my shower had hot water. Continental breakfast included eggs every day. Front desk, housekeeping, and dining room staff were all professional, friendly, and helpful. I planned to stay 2 nights but ended up 5 nights. Lovely breakfast. They even prepared it for me when I left earlier for trips. Staff was really helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Area is really good.
