I requested a room with a view of Cerro Rico, and was given an exceptional room that exceeded my wishes. Ana, the daughter of the owner, was nearly always present, and helped us throughout our stay, even making sure we could arrive in spite of a tranca. The hotel is new, the room was large yet warm at night, and the location excellent, close to the town centre and also a supermarket. Breakfast was ample and varied, and staff all very attentive to our needs. Beds were comfortable, street noise at night quieter than close to the center, all very clean. At night they can prepare very satisfying sandwiches. Wonderful stay.

The location is unbeatable, less than 10 minutes walk from the center and in a very beautiful area of ​​Potosí. Lovely hotel in a very good location. Very helpful staff who were always friendly. The manager helped us arrange a good taxi service the next day to Sucre, and helped take our luggage up the street due to road closures that day owing to a children’s festival. Room clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
