Great quiet hotel, small town so easy to find . Nice hotel to relax in after a big day at the Inhotim gardens which should not be missed , friendly staff ( we spoke no Portuguese but not an issue ) excellent breakfast , restaurant has tasty food with good servings, barman friendly and helpful , there is pool and sauna, undercover secure car park a bonus .

We loved everything about our stay, starting from the great host who greeted us with a brioche, provided with very helpful recommendations and made sure that we are comfortable, ending up with small tiny details that made our stay absolutely perfect. We booked apt 4 on the ground floor and it had everything one may need for a good rest: a fully equipped kitchen, minibar, comfortable bed, good pressure shower, terrace to enjoy morning coffee (just to name a few). We also loved the garden as well as the condo itself: it is super green, quiet, well maintained, with several restaurants, padaria and a fruit store at the entrance gate. There are also quite a lot of things to do around, for example we went to Inhotim and did some hikes. Overall, totally recommend it.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds, with a great view. The hole house was very nice and quiet. A pleasure also to stay in the kitchen with a very nice view! I booked the room with terrance and Mountain View and I absolutely loved to have my own hammock there!

Villa Domaso is great I will definitely come back. Beautiful location surrounded by nature. They offer a delicious breakfast on the veranda with spectacular views of the Serra da Moeda. The kitchen is open for lunch and dinner and the food is excellent. Thank you Iara and Andrea for a lovely long weekend. I hope to come back soon.

    Brumadhino has become an interesting place since the Vale dam break disaster killing 200 people or more. The compensation has led to a small town where the cost of living is higher than BH and where its nealry impossible to get a local workforce to run a business.

    The city is not interesting by itself - the sole purpose of...

    The city is not interesting by itself - the sole purpose of visiting is to go to the Inhotim museum / gardens. That was a wonderful 1,5 day visit. However great that it is, Inhotim seriously lacks good information flow. Study their site before you go, verify which buildings are closed (4 were undergoing exhibit changes). Plan to first hit the high exhibits on a full day with the transportation pass (two 150m vertical ascents are involved - one orange route and one purple). Walk down from the orange route through the fields and see the under-emphasized exhibits). On the half day walk the lower exbihits on the flat area near the central area.
