Compared to some other hotels where the staff who don't speak English tend to ignore / are less accommodating to non-Portuguese speakers, here the staff are always friendly and try to accommodate everyone. Location is great; very easy to get around Blumenau from there. Breakfast is amazingly good - very wide range of delicious food offered - best i've experienced in Brazil so far. Made me wish i had stayed longer to try more food.

Very central location, inexpensive and friendly valet parking, very friendly and informative staff who made us feel at home. Good breakfast buffet served in an attractive, light, airy room, with all breakfast items refilled promptly, eggs made to order. Their shower was outstanding, my wife did not want to get out of the bath. Their bed are ok and the breakfast was within expectation.

Considering the hotel wasn't very full and the staff was working on Christmas Day, I was truly impressed with the breakfast. The woman preparing the food asked if there was anything else we needed even though there was a feast. Additionally, the front desk staff was working hard and the woman manager working on December 25 offered us assistance when we couldn't find a taxi to the marina. Excellent service!
