The hotel has a very cozy, "cabin in the woods" vibe. The interior is clean and well-maintained with a distinctive design, having a rustic, yet sleek and sturdy style. Greatly enjoyed checking out the art pieces, which add to the experience and feel of the place. There is an electric vehicle charging device outside, which the owners have allowed me to use during my stay, which I greatly appreciate. The hotel is close to Mont Orford and within a reasonable driving distance from ski resorts like Bromont, Owl's Head, and Sutton, making it a good option for mountain skiing-focused vacations. As a coffee enjoyer, the espresso machine in the common area was a big plus!

When we arrived the owner was a little flustered as the previous visitor left quite a mess. She was so apologetic that the room was not ready on time. After a short tome she showed us our room and could not be more satisfied. A beautiful room. The owner could not be more hospitable ensuring our say was satisfactory.

Outstanding accommodation! Very clean with quality furnishings. From Eastman one can ride to Mount Orford via trails or enjoy a nice river walk. A great quirky restaurant (O'Dac) and an Irish Pub is within a 10 min walk. The dock with two muskoka chairs is a perfect way to unwind with a glass of wine after a strenuous day of hiking or cycling. Great view of the lake. A perfect place to unwind.

The building was wonderfully quirky with lots of nooks and crannies steps going up and down in unexpected places. All the bedrooms were different. I loved how unconventional it was and the deck and beer bar were so fun! The location was great as well.
