This was probably the cleanest motel we've ever stayed in, and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. New TV's, clean microwave and refrigerator, good working heat & A/C, and a good bed all made our stay very comfortable. The location is convenient and Fonthill is a great place. We were able to travel to Niagara Falls, Toronto, and Port Colbourn easily from here on larger roads. Staff were honest and hard working. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day of our stay, and they even left the cash tips on the bed until I told them it was meant for them. I also had some other cash in plain sight and no one disturbed it.

    A wonderful place offering many great places to visit, shop or dine in or take out options for meals, with family or as a couple. We enjoyed going to the many shops. We arrived late, our hosts helped us out. We went into Fonthill to The Trap! Definitely go there hungry! Huge porrions, great atmosphere, friendly staff & amazing home cooked meals. The people are friendly and enjoy your company! Our motel, Hipwells, was beautifully located just on the edge of town. A beautiful place to stay.

    If you're just looking for the basics, a place to crash, sleep, shower and go, Hipwells is perfect, especially if you are in Font Hill for a reason. If youre looking for a place to stay and play, you will be disappointed. If you're looking for best value for you're money, yes. Great price for basic accomodation.
