There is no staff in the office and you need a cell phone to...
There is no staff in the office and you need a cell phone to access key. This was my first experience with a set up like this and it threw me for a loop! But a nice woman on the phone helped and had an on-site staff person help me who was great. It all worked out and checking out wasn't complicated.
