Nicely located between town and vineyards, as well as food/supermarkets. Useful to have a laundry room too for only a couple of dollars per load. Pool was nice and rooms stayed cool with aircon!

    Downtown Kelowna has many great restaurants within walking distance. There are also plenty of wineries and breweries, and in recent years, some beaches where drinking alcohol is allowed have appeared (you can look it up for details). Parasailing over the lake adds to the lively atmosphere. There are also farms where you can pick fruit and places where you can interact with kangaroos — the more you discover, the more fun it becomes.

    Kelowna is a lovely serene town nestled around the lake Okanagan and an airport within the Canadian Rockies. Beautiful scenery and lots of places for outdoor fun and entertainment. It was a short trip but we will return to see more of it in the near future.

    Many wineries to expore Infusions restaurant at Okanagan College - great quality fine dining for a great price (and supporting the culinary program) KVR steam train (by Summerland) - fun thing to do Gastaus on the Lake (in Peachland) - really good schnitzel!

    Kelowna has nice scenery, but everything else was a hassle.

    Kelowna has nice scenery, but everything else was a hassle. Parking is a nightmare — I got a ticket despite following the signs, and finding legal parking was stressful and unclear. Everything felt overpriced and inconvenient. For a small city, it lacked the charm or hospitality I expected. Not sure I’d return anytime soon.

    POOR traffic management.

    POOR traffic management. Overcrowded streets, wait through lights. Noisy. Poor street signage. Conducted main reason for trip but did not stop into retail or restaurants because of too much traffic and inability to make turns because of cement medians down the middle of the roads. Sure the medians reduce accidents but they add to driver frustration. If you are unfamiliar with the city it's a nightmare. Won't be back for leisure visit anytime soon. Thankfully I had GPS.

    I liked shopping on Pandosy & Bernard Streets as well as Orchard Park Mall. Enjoyed some good restaurants. The park at the waterfront was nicely kept & clean. We enjoyed a wine tour through "Sip Happens"

    The rooms were a great size and super spacious, the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Location of the hotel is great and there was good parking for guests. The whole group was very satisfied with our stay and it is 100% going to be the go to hotel when we visit Kelowna again.

    this hotel is comfortable and clean. They clean the place every day. The breakfast was great, nice pancakes, fruits, yogurt, coffee, cereal, etc. I went for work, for us the location was great. I had to visit west kelowna, East Kelowna and Lake Country. The employees were friendly.

    Very nice hotel. Reception was extremely friendly & check in was a breeze. We appreciated our room lights being turned on and the room being warmed up since we arrived at 8pm-very nice touch! We would most definitely stay here again when flying out of the Kelowna airport.
