Such a nice island!
Such a nice island! I recommend planning to visit on sunny days. We got one day of sunshine which was so fun and one day of rain which made it difficult to find activities to do. Overall amazing place to visit, so much charm. Make sure to go on a Friday or weekend, as everything was closed on a Tuesday. A few things were open on Wednesday. I recommend going cider tasting, taking a scooter around the island (MUST - rent Scooter from motel île d’Orléans), picnicking with cheeses from a local fromagerie, walking by the beach, and tasting local products as much as possible!Guest review byKarineCanada

Constantly something different to look at. You can hear the freighters/tankers before you see them. Real was very helpful in identifying places to eat. When I woke up in the morning to dining in a room surrounded by exquisite folk art along w/exceptional Canadian painters work I thought I was in a dream. Sebastian is a true professional hotelier.
