It was beautiful! A little like stepping back in time with tasteful antique furniture and all the home comforts you need. The breakfasts were amazing! Our biggest regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

The location is perfect, easy to go around to some famous scenic spots, bus stops and good restaurants nearby on foot. The staffs are all very welcoming and helpful and they run 24hrs which gives us extra convenience. They recommended us many places and restaurants to visit, save us a lot of time. The room is spacious and cozy, they provide extra pillows and quilt in the room so we have no worries to fight for the stuffs while sleeping. We would rather just stay in the room all day than going out because the room was too comfy. Would love to stay here again next time when the restaurant at 1st floor is open, just to taste the food.

Victoria is a very beautiful city, definitely worth visiting. The ocean, the parks, the unique stores, and especially the food options for us vegans are fantastic! However, I was deeply disturbed by their homeless/drug addicts problem, not so much for safety reasons but more for compassionate ones. That was definitely a damper for me.

It's a great place to visit - there are plenty of sights to see and things to do. The only downside was the large crowds when the cruise ships were in dock; it made some areas feel very busy and a bi overwhelming at times.

I was only there for an afternoon and an overnight as there was an appointment to accommodate on this visit. I saw part of a harbor and wharf and had a brief shopping walk. It was all beautiful. I look forward to going back and staying for longer and exploring more.

The hotel room was immaculate, the kitchenette was very well set up for in-house cooking and fully equipped. The room was spacious, and beds very comfortable. A stroll out the door to the main area by lobby to sit and relax with access to coffee, the newspaper and fresh apple or oranges. Everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! The location was very walkable to the downtown and all other amenities. Definitely a place I would book again for our next visit.
