An absolutely divine stay! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms cozy with breathtaking mountain views. The food was exquisite, and the spa experience left us completely relaxed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I had no difficulties communicating only in English. The location was perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet was served in a beautiful dining room with tall ceilings, with views of the mountains from the windows. Breakfast included a hot ‘English breakfast’ style selection, a cold ‘Swiss style’ cheese, meats and fruits section, a variety of breads and cereals and coffee machine/variety of teas. I was able to leave my luggage here during the day after checkout with no problems. The wifi was efficient.

    everything! despite being clearly extremely touristy, the location is stunning. hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough for anyone! hotel an old lady woody Villa but the creaks just added to the character! bar with fire in the evening, jacuzzi and sauna spa, excellent a La carte breakfast. couldn’t find a fault!

    The location of the hotel is ofcourse fabulous. The spa is very good with different sauna's and a jacuzzi outside. Rooms are not big but nice. The staff is very friendly.
