We are returning guests to this hotel as our children live in the area and I don't believe there is anything better in the area. Staff very helpful, breakfast delicious, the most comfortable beds, large family room, well heated. We will definitely return

Everything worked! Exceptionally well designed. Great bed. Lovely bedding. Netflix for free! Every single member of staff were warm and welcoming. High quality breakfast. Brilliantly executed for this type and standard of hotel.

Great location and great view direct on the lake Rooms are new and very nicely decorated Staff is very helpful (call them before arrival so they guide you to the hotel, its hard to drive there with GPS)

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.
