Very easy access from the central station to the hotel and from the hotel to the city centre. I will definitely choose Novotel for my next trip to Lugano. The view from our room (superior suite) was beautiful, and it was an extra luxury to have two balconies. The staff were generally very friendly and welcoming. It is only a short walk along the lake to the centre of Lugano from the hotel. We enjoyed returning from our day out to the staff playing piano in the restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice.
