The best was the staff. They were very nice and helpful. If you are a group, they will help you to book a taxi to go to ski to Zermatt (CHF 8 per person - the train ticket is CHF 14).

We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. I got upgrade to a bigger apartment room with balcony at free. Room size is very big, all room facilities are perfect. Location is close to the bridge where taking photos of Matterhorn is perfect. Staff are very nice and helpful. Pick up service is excellent too.

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    If you want a typical Swiss chalet close to Zermatt, then this is the place to go. It’s just next to Randa train station which is 2 stops away from Zermatt. Very great value and the owner is super friendly, hospitable and flexible. We even got a free upgrade of 2 rooms because my dad (pwd) can’t take the stairs. There is a bar and restaurant too so no need to go out of the hotel. Thanks again Marco!

    The owners were a jovial couple and they made sure that our stay was great. We were looking for a property below Zermatt since we did not want to leave our car at the train station and this stay was ideal for that. We also got parking right in front of the hotel.

    We loved the quiet and beautiful village Randa.. the view from the apartment was excellent from all the rooms.. Apartment was spacious and well equipped.. My little ones loved the Randa treasure hunt..
