Even before arriving at the hotel, the warmth and kindness of the owner and staff meant a lot to us. The hotel and its surroundings are wonderful, with walking trails that immerse us in the beauty of nature. The staff’s attentiveness made us feel truly special, leaving us with a strong desire to return. Everything was perfect, and Martin, in particular, made sure we never felt like strangers. Chalet Montriond is in a perfect ski in ski out location and has breathtaking views of the mountains. It has recently been taking over by new owners who go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is a perfect one. All the staff that work at chalet Montriond are approachable, friendly and extremely helpful and are willing to help with any inquiries you may have in a professional manner. Breakfast is good and as Chalet Montriond is under new ownership and not long be open, the restaurant is open on limited days for evening meals at the present time, but the chef is exceptional, (This is a temporary situation and will change in the very near future), even catering for my food allergy at short notice however, there are other restaurants within walking distance. As a guest you are made to feel like a valued customer.

    The hotel has a wonderful location next to the train station 9 (important for those traveling without a car), wonderful views from the balcony and all the amenities in the apartment. This is an excellent hotel for relaxation and solitude with nature. The wonderful manager Martin is very friendly and happy to help and resolve all issues. The room has everything you need for a full life.

    This hotel in a word is - WOW ! Very pleasant, helpful staff. Uniquely decorated and immaculately clean rooms. Eco-showers which I was impressed with. Ample, healthy breakfast and great coffee. Finally, amazing view. Highly recommended.

    The apartment is super nice and cozy, amazing location with view and only 10 min from Champery ski slopes. Thierry was amazing in ensure our best staying in the apartment. Will come back!
