Beautiful location with a wonderful view. Everyone was very friendly and above all nice, the room and the whole interior of the hotel very well taken care of down to the smallest detail, the room was very clean and smelled delicious. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

    If you are umming and ahhing about going, just go.

    If you are umming and ahhing about going, just go. I've seen a review saying it was crowded, but October 2023 it was not, it was very quiet so if you want a bustling vibe it's not for you! I think in summer it may be more of a popular spot.

    The chalet really was everything we could have wanted. Incredibly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Plastic plates/cutlery and toys/colouring for the kids. Lovely comfortable bedding and beds. Quiet and calm but so easy to get to shops, restaurants, and travel to Lucerne or up Mt Rigi.
