We like the room with long bench where we can place our stuffs and goods chatting area with friends to sit around. Notice there is proper follow up on the front counter staff during handover.

The hotel itself is phenomenal. The bar cocktails and snacks were great. The hotel is in a great location for the museum and modern bars and restaurants such as Commune, BUT it is a long way from the historical centre. The breakfast was reasonable.

Five-Star Experience at Guiyang Hyatt Regency! I had a truly wonderful stay at the Guiyang Hyatt Regency! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and top-tier service that defines this hotel. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the city. Breakfast dining options were equally impressive — a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. A very special thank you to the amazing front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my visit extra memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and welcoming energy truly stood out. I was prompted to receive fan made cards of Ryan Ding Yuxi upon check in as the staff understood I was there for the weekend concert— thank you all for being so gracious and enthusiastic! If you’re looking for a luxurious and heartwarming experience in Guiyang, the Hyatt Regency is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!
