Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. Thanks to her, our visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Starting with the point of contact in WeChat - the lady was very helpful, as she knew English and also arranged transport from Zhangjiajie West to the hotel 10 hours before our arrival. After arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the room - clean sheets, comfy mattresses. They clean your room everyday. The hotel is also 5 min away on foot from the eastern entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. Mountain View Guesthouse is also located on the main street, surrounded by multiple restaurants, where tourists can eat delicious local food.

Remarkably painless. Location proves strategic - a mere 8 minute 23 second constitutional to Zhangjiajie's park gates. Breakfast apparatus adequate (self-serve coffee machine produced tolerable espresso, surprising given the circumstances).  Facilities performed to specification:  Gym equipment maintained at acceptable levels of oxidation Billiard table pockets demonstrated appropriate receptivity Laundry operations prevented sartorial disaster post-monsoon hike The concierge team displayed unsettling competence - mapped three days' itinerary with alarming precision. One almost felt guilty observing their systematized efficiency.  Ground floor establishment yielded passable dumplings (though the 'Stinky Tofu Incident' shall remain classified).

One of the best hotels I have been in. The staff are really adorable and helpful with everything. The staff makes everything convenient for you, from washing clothes to helping book activities. National forest is only 10 minutes away by walk. I liked this hotel and I really recommend it 😊

I had an absolutely delightful experience staying at Zhangjiajie Enjoy Nature Hotel. Located in a peaceful corner of Hanqiyu, this charming guesthouse offers an exceptional escape into nature—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The hotel earned an outstanding overall rating of 9.8/10, with perfect 10s for staff, comfort, and value for money, which perfectly reflects how I felt during my stay . What made my visit truly special was the wonderful hospitality of the husband-and-wife owners, who not only ran the hotel but also had a lovely jewelry shop right next door. Their warm welcome, helpful suggestions about local attractions, and thoughtful touches (like helpful WeChat support and a personalized map) made me feel genuinely cared for and at home .
