I loved it! Even though I was only there for one night, I'd recommend anyone staying there. Yes, the accommodation is basic, yes it's far away from everything, but the bus can drop you off at the closest intersection. From there it's a 5 minutes walk. I enjoyed everything. The host is so friendly, the view is amazing, bed's cozy, everything.

We had a wonderful stay at The Cabanas Del Chicamocha.It is so a beautiful place in so a wonderful area.It is so nice,so quiet with an unforgettable view to the Canon Del Chicamocha. The owner is very,very helpful.He answers very quickly to all your wishes and organizes taxis and meals. All was perfect at this very special place.We are so happy to have beeing there . After our 2-weeks trip to Colombia we can say - that was the best accomodation we had. It was phenomenal and we love it! The location is amusing and breathtaking. The chalet has everything you need to drink, eat and enjoy the view. The bedroom is very cosy and also allow you to see a beautiful sunrise without moving from the bed. The host is very nice, helpful, and will give you all necessary information about the attractions and restaurants nearby. He also speaks very good English. Breakfast are tasty, and served in very nice way. We feel in that place very good, and we recommend it to experience the nature and canyon. To feel the Colombia!

amazing place to relax for 1-2 days , only 1 hr away from Bucaramanga , make sure your wake up for a sunrise , it's really worth it , make sure you put on lots of sunblock when you are in jacuzzi as it's very easy to get a sunburn , and get the biggest capsule with the bath inside , price is not much higher but it's a much better option
