Everything! The place is absolutely beautiful! It's located in a stunning place surrounded by beautiful mountains and amazing views. Great breakfast and we had a great time talking to Beatriz who was very friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to Jaime who went above and beyond to help us with everything! We changed plans last minute and he made our stay so easy! We'll be definitely going back and for a longer visit to enjoy all the amazing things this place has to offer!!

clean rooms and modern bathroom, good breakfast and nice outdoor pool and steam room. location is a 5-10 minute drive out of santa rosa. its quiet and close to nature (coffee fields, hiking, thermal baths). the staff is outstanding! the service mentality, the kindness and politeness, the alertness and proactive approach was incredible. honestly, the last time i had such amazing staff was in a 5 star hotel in London. for example, i came back totally soaked after a long daytrip driving the past hour in cold and full rain. when i arrived they immediatly heated up the steam room, made a tea and put my clothes on a rack to dry! overall best value for money i had in a while!

    The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

    I stayed at hotel San Vicente the place is never beautiful. The Hotel needs alot of TLC no heater no hot water food is terrible not worth the stay. Day trip recommended but definitely not the stay. Nasty

    The Hot Springs were amazing.

    The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both. It was very easy to get to Santa Rosa de Cabal from Matisses Hotel and Spa. I recommend the scenery, ambiance, waterfalls, friendly locals, walking, relaxing, and food.

    All of the staff members (literally everyone) are very nice and attentive like I haven't experienced anywhere else in Colombia. They gave us very helpful information before arrival, made us wonderful vegan breakfast, helped us organise tours, prepared us dinner although we were late and just made us feel like at home. Everything seems very harmonic, they seem to be working really well as a team and enjoying what they do. It's really one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Colombia and in terms of service THE best.

    Andrès, Neil and the other guys made me feel really welcome. Andrès send me adresses of good restaurants and cafés and booked a daytrip for me to the natural termales San Vicente which I really enjoyed. The room is nicely decorated and has a good hot shower (app. 5 minutes). The hostel is very clean, has a well equiped kitchen and a nice green patio where you can meet the staff and other travellers.

    The property was absolutely beautiful, and the owner Dyonar, his wife, and everyone there were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have a lot of cute animals there, and the location was convenient to visit the termales. Mr Dyonar helped us book tickets to the termales and drove us there.

    The hotel’s location is absolutely breathtaking, set in a luxurious jungle mountain that provides a serene and immersive natural escape. The various thermal pools are fantastic, offering several basins where you can unwind. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was excellent.
