A Tranquil Escape in the Heart of Nature I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Los vagones de William during my recent visit to Colombia ( Tibasosa), and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by lush green fields and rolling hills and eucalyptus trees,this hotel offers the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. William and his wife were incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They offered great recommendations for local attractions and activities, and even prepared a customized breakfast based on our preferences! We visited Guatika park, the display of Christmas illumination in Corrales, Tibasosa, Nobsa, El pueblito Boyacences and many more. The hotel also offers a variety of outdoor activities like ping pong, rana and even a mini tejo, also they gave us great advised about walks through the nearby trails to relaxing garden spaces where you can just sit and enjoy the tranquility. If you're looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway in the countryside, I wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, natural beauty, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay! Thanks William.

    What I liked the most was the nature, tranquility, and beautiful views around the place. Also, Tibasosa´s location makes it easier to visit other small towns, such as Nobsa, Monguí, or interesting sites, like "El Pueblito Boyacense" or "El Pantano de Vargas." What I disliked was to find food that was overcooked (hamburger), or burned (i.e. pizza) or dishes that were loaded with carbohidrates. Next time, I´ll research for places to eat, in advance.

    Tibasosa is a small town in a beautiful valley of Boyacá.

    Tibasosa is a small town in a beautiful valley of Boyacá. Looks very safe and quiet. There are no noisy places. The town is very clean and organized, beautiful houses. There is a very beautiful park close to the town called Guatika. Is really a very enjoyable place, with many kind of experiences. Tibasosa is located in the center of the best area of Boyacá, very close to Pueblito Boyacense in Duitama, Tota Lake, Paipa, Monguí, etc. The most beautiful towns and areas of this area of Colombia. The weather, although a little bit cold, is really nice and enjoyable. Very nice restaurants in the area.

    The space was beautiful. There is an amazing living space and backyard/ courtyard. It a very beautiful botique hotel with amazing style and decoration. My wife and I fell in love with the property instantly. It Also has a sauna which the owners were happy to turn on when we wanted it and brought fresh juices while we were in and played perfect music. Also, the owners are amazing and made my wife and I feel like we were in our own home. The breakfasts were out of this world too!

    The staff were lovely. The view from our view was exceptional. Everything was clean and comfortable. The villas are about 5 minutes from Tibasosa town and easy driving distance to all of the popular towns in Boyacá. The breakfast was delicious! Great coffee too 🙂
