A very special place. Cozy and well equipped, with a beautiful atmosphere up in the tree and with a great view. On the property there is a butterfly house that we could visit, too. Magical!

This is a simple hotel in a northern suburb of San Jose with off-street parking. The owner is responsive and professional, the room was quiet at night (less so during the day) and the bed comfortable. I was able to do some work in the lounge area.

I stayed one night in Hotel Novo. Location is quiet central and the room was fine (due to time constraints from our side we accepted room without a window, but it was OK). Hot shower and comfy bed. Wifi worked well. Friendly service. Nearby public parking. Breakfast was OK.

the hotel was very nice with great staff. had all the facilities you need with a nice breakfast in the mornings. just a short distance in taxi to the town. not the best to walk because of all the traffic about but still only around 15/20min walk to shops and restaurants. the hotel was clean.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations! It is a lovely old building and feels like you are in an art and history museum when you walk around the corridors. The room was great - very spacious with a spa bath and well lit with an interesting configuration. We wish we could have stayed longer!
