Amazing retreat! First of all I would love to thank the owners and staff of Atlantis Gardens for such a great and special place. 1. Location. This beautiful resort is located 20 min drive from Larnaca airport near the Mazotos village at the seashore (1st line). Taxi 🚕 will cost around 💶 34€ for a 6-seater van (if you travel 🧳 with a family or a company). It is rather wild place with no clubs or restaurants around. Which was a great plus for us. 2. Accommodations. Tourist can choose a 1/2 of a villa or the whole villa. 1/2 villa is a 3-bedroom apartment with a big living room with a huge flatscreen TV 📺 , fully equipped kitchen and very big terrace with big table and outdoor furniture. Villas have also private pools. Everything is clean and fresh. 3. Services. Sheets, towels, coffee ☕️, etc. are changed for extra payment, even if you stay for 2 weeks. 4. Infrastructure. Big territory. Many parking 🅿️ lots (don’t know if extra payment 💰 needed). Comfortable swimming 🏊 pool both for adults (1,65-1,70 m at the deepest part) and children. Small children playground 🛝. A little gym. Bar-restaurant with open kitchen 8-19:30. Small private beach 🏖️ with all supplies, and water entertainments. 5. Personnel. Very warm, welcoming, service-oriented and pleasant. We want to come back to this place again and again!!!!

We liked our stay from the beginning to the end. Since it was November, it was quiet and so relaxing. The host Paulus is very friedly. The accommodation was clean and tidy and has everything we needed. Private beach and a pool are such great assets to the place. The view from the apartment is fabulous. We loved the stay and would like to stay again :)

I really liked that the property was very close to the highway, which made it super convenient. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, and the house itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We definitely want to come back!

I was meet by Maria my host who was fantastic the welcome I received from her was awesome I couldn’t got a better person to greet me and introduce me to a very lovely and spacious apartment, it had everything in there which felt like home from home. The apartment is located in a very quite neighbourhood excellent for a relaxing or a low key get away, there was one neighbour in particular who was amazing she was very friendly, helpful and welcoming which made a great difference to my short stay. Outside of the apartment there is a bonus an Orange, Lemon and Mandarin tree no need to buy juice, just go outside and pick your fruit, the locals were awesome as well, there it’s different shops restaurants, cafes and bars nearby not too far a walk from the apartment to go to as well.

The room was big and spacious with a very comfy big super king size bed and perfect for our 2 night stay. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk available along with fruits and biscuits which was a nice touch. It was a short walk to a couple of restaurants in the lovely village where we had some really good food. Rachel the host was lovely and made sure everything was just right. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels given everyday.

Haris is a wonderful man, he waited for us with traditional food and a 2-3 days food set. The house and location is in a beautiful area, the sea is within walking distance from the house, any minuses you notice make up for it with the location and the good mood of the owner. I hope we will return to Haris again. Thank you

    Great hotel beach, just a couple of minutes walk from the room. beautiful clean and really nice, including some watersports options (for additional cost) Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Nice pool, great for playing but not big enough to swim in. Getting anywhere is a drive. Larnaca is 20 minutes away and you need to drive for at least 10 minutes to go buy anything, but the place itself was lovely and absolutely worth it.
