Very cozy apartment. We arrived late in the evening, we were greeted by very friendly owners. It was very nice when we came in, there was a bottle of good red wine, sweets and fruit waiting for us. There was water in the refrigerator, and coffee was already ready for the morning. We had a great weekend.

The coziest accommodation during our stay on the island! Two separate bedrooms with shower and toilet and a large, very well-equipped kitchen made our stay very homely. The host was extremely hospitable and friendly! There were four of us, but the common space could easily accommodate a fifth traveler on the couchette.

House is located in a magical area just opposite the beach with loads of amenities near by. The sunset view is a bonus. Can easily park at least 3 cars in driveway. Swimming pool is great with plenty of sun beds, and a shower. House was clean throughout and had all the appliances a home should have. Comfortable beds with all bedrooms having air conditioning units. 2/3 rooms have in suite toilets with a shower and there is a common toilet with a bath. The 2 in suite rooms have a double bed each and the 3rd room has 3 single beds which is convenient for a big company to sleep. Living room is cosy with a Smart TV and the big sofa can easily sleep another person. House also provides 2 fans. Outside area is great with loads of trees to provide shade and tables with plenty of chairs. Cypriot style barbecue in place and working as expected. Host was very accommodating and even allowed us with an early check in.

Fantastic views, great location away from the noise of restaurants and main road. 5 mins from the beach and a great swimming pool to cool during the hot day. Need a car if you stay here.. Overall we had a fantastic stay!!!🙂🙂

We had an incredible stay at this house! The location is truly exceptional—right in front of the sea, allowing us to sleep and wake up to the soothing sound of the waves. This was our second visit to EJ Pyrgos Hotel. It is a small family run hotel with clean comfortable rooms and breathtaking views. After a day enjoying Omega beach, and exploring the town of Pyrgos, we fell asleep listening to the waves crashing.The following morning we enjoyed a delicious traditional Cypriot breakfast with haloumi, anari, Cypriot bacon, and hard boiled eggs. Thank you Christodoulos and family for a wonderful weekend, we will see you next year!

    Keep in mind that it is a remote and quiet area.

    Keep in mind that it is a remote and quiet area. The only (comfortable) way to get there is by car, so renting one is a must or very highly advisable. The beach is a bit rough and covered with pebbles, like most beaches in Cyprus, but you can still find couple of sandy spots for an easy entrance. You will be there alone most of the time. It felt however that some works are/were under way to make it a bit more "touristy". There are couple of small shops in the are but I would recommend passing by LIDL in Limassol or Paphos on your way from the airport to stock up major groceries for your stay. You may still buy ice-cream, pepsi and bread in the local shops at twice the normal price :-) P.S. Sunsets are simply fantastic.

    Quiet area, you go to it to get away from everything and...

    Quiet area, you go to it to get away from everything and everyone, you don't see a lot of people in the streets, you don't hear noises or disturbances, you can hear the sounds of animals, the sea is very beautiful, I haven't been to the beaches but it looks nice and quiet, there is not much to do, There are not many restaurants or cafes, so you should pay attention to this point, and bring some food and snacks.

    Pomos is situated at the side of the sea and at the foot of some pine clad mountains so there are some lovely views. Pomos is an unspoilt place, it is how Cyprus used to be before the high rise and large hotels took over - there are none of these in sight! There are several small places that serve traditionally cooked food at very reasonable prices, and a mini market. A short drive down the coast is Argaka, where there are a couple of larger bar/restaurants. Polis is a step further where there are banks, petrol stations, large supermarket etc. There are uninterrupted sea views that are west facing, therefore you get stunning sunsets

    We spent our mornings going for a swim in the local beach riding the free bicycles provided by the host and eating fresh fruit from the trees by the house. We got around the winding roads with a car and hiked along the mountainsides. The combination of mountains by the sea was breathtaking. Host was very welcoming and accomodating to all our needs. If you want to feel the local charm and avoid touristy places then Pomos and Joanna's Apartments are the places to be.
