Beautiful house with amazing high-end finishing! We normally do not take the time to write a review, but this house deserved it! Beautiful house, nice (but cold) pool, great kitchen with everything you need, bathroom high end… we could not wish for more! 10 minutes to jablonec, and 15-20 to liberec. But also amazing hiking routes within 30 minute drives! A True hidden gem!

Dinner and breakfast were like at a Michelin restaurant. Delicious and amazing decoration. There was more than enough food and selection was just great. Also dinning place has an amazing view over the town below.

We had to travel a lot, so we didn't use the breakfast service, but the lunch dishes are delicious. We are very grateful to the staff for the opportunity to have a stress-free departure day and strict rules to move out at 10:00 or 11:00. We just left the key in the post box on our way out at 11:30 as it was much more convenient for us on our route to another city and the staff didn't see a problem with it. During the trip, such extra minutes and the attitude of the staff encourage you to return to this hotel.

We’re a Swedish family and found this hotel by chance after five hours of driving, following a bumpy forest road deep into the Czech countryside. Our only requirement was a pool for our 11-year-old son – and that was met. But what truly stood out was the personal touch. At dinner, we were greeted with a printed menu in Swedish. Not perfectly translated, but perfectly thoughtful. Someone had noticed where we were from and made an effort to make us feel welcome. That small gesture made a big impact. The rooms are simple but clean, the location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A great stopover for families and a brilliant reminder that good customer experience doesn't have to be grand – just genuine.
