very nice ancient building situated just beside the main square (thus quiet, but right in the centre of everything), very nice restaurant with excellent food connected to the hotel, friendly, helpful and flexible staff, nice breakfast (especially the cumin bread)!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment feels like comfortable home. Spacious, clean and great location. Radka is a lovely host, very knowledgeable about local area. We would love to come back on our next trip to Europe.

The hosts are amazing, they live in the farm, live with the farm. They are very talkative and also invited me to their table for a beer and talk. the rooms are spacious and comfy. The are is really quiet and offer great sunset view from the porch. Smaller kids would love the animals. They have a bar open, you just make your tap beer and mark how many you took, then pay at checkout. We had a race at Kristanovicky rybnik, this place is just 5 minutes drive away, so best location we could think of.

    This property is a true gem!

    This property is a true gem! It is in a beautiful hamlet and quite remote. With a car, though it is only a few (10) minutes away from Prachatice, where there is an Aldi and Kaufland as well as restaurants. If you like quiet places and unspoiled countryside it is well worth the stay. The lack of T.V. adds to the experience. Excellent for walkers/hikers. The accomodation is basic but comfortable enough. There is a microwave oven and sandwich maker also, as well as a CD/Radio/MP3 player/bluetooth speaker also for guests' use. Also for guests' use is a large patio area with lounger, 'egg' lounger and table/chairs. There is adequate free parking also. The lack of light pollution at night allows for amazing views of the milky way on clear nights. Ivana, the proprietor, was very welcoming and is a truly nice person-she was as helpful as could be. Within 'Day trip distance amongst others are lake Lipno and Cesky Krumlov. Suggestion for food in Prachatice- 'The Black Bear'- Fantastic Duck breast (255CK) from their a la carte menu. We didn't have one but their Burgers look good too! We originally booked 6 nights but stayed another. A beautiful place to stay-the longer the better!
