Very kind and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Tasty breakfast with plenty of gluten free options. Great location in city centre. Hotel parking available {but has limited amount of space and can be already booked out - I recommend to check with the hotel in advance). Parking machine on street accepts euro coins and cards (parking is paid during workweek) however at night it can be challenging to find free parking space on the square in front of the hotel.

Super pretty hotel but you can see is old. Our contact was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was super feeling, so much so that we had it before a hike at 9 am and I didn't feel hungry until 3 pm. We went out of season so I think that's why the personnel was not available all the time but he was super helpful and helped us so we didn't have any issues. A word of caution unrelated to the hotel: this village has less than 300 people living there. do NOT arrive after 18 or 19 or you won't find a place to eat haha. At least not after the high season. And change your money before coming! the ATM and restaurants will give you awful deals!

It was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the mountains. The room was also surprisingly large and it was lovely and quiet. I thought the free breakfast was a lovely touch and extremely generous. The hotel has many great facilities and I can see how it’s extremely family friendly with what it has on offer. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.
