We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is situated in a great spot close to the colonades with a private parking. Our room was huge, almost like an apartment, very clean and nicely decorated like the rest of the hotel. We do not usually comment on staff, but here we need to make an exception. The manager and her colleagues were genuinely kind and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant which makes a big difference. We would recommend to most 4&5 stars hotels to send their staff for training here.

The Malá Dvorana is a lovely venue, a traditional one in which to have Breakfast. What makes it even more welcoming is they serve Sparkling wine alongside your breakfast buffet. As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and Sauna rooms which are modern, comfortable and contemporary. And don't forget to get your perfect Karlovy Vary souvenir, the Grandhotel Pupp Spa Cup!

the whole hotel is wonderful. it’s beautifully decorated, the staff was amazing and so so helpful. breakfast buffet was great with great selection. the spa access is a must! highly recommend going for some treatments - lots of options to choose from. rooms were spacious, beautiful and very clean. the sauna village is great! we loved everything about it.

Location is very near by car to main location with ample parking space with cctv camera. During breakfast, we got eggless bread which was freshly baked as all other breads had eggs.Staff was very customer centric and helpful.
