Surprisingly incredibly beautiful hotel. I went to see a friend who lives nearby and did not expect anything special from either the location or the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of services. Very tasty food, spacious lobby, comfortable beds, gifts in the form of sweets from the hotel for Easter, a very pleasant smell of soap and shower gel in the bathroom, free minibar, free late check-out until 14.00 on holidays. As for the food, I strongly recommend eating only at the hotel, since there is nothing similar in taste in Alken, I regret that the first days I had lunch somewhere else. In general, the hotel has an excellent price/quality ratio, I can definitely recommend it to everyone.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was not provided but this was reflected in the price so it was good value for money. Local supermarket and a takeaway close by as well as restaurants.

We absolutely loved everything about this location! We wish we could have stayed here for even longer! Check in was so easy, we were greeted by the owner which made us feel like family right away! He made us feel so welcome! We stayed in Apartment 3, the room was super cozy and very spacious. The owner offered to make us a dinner reservation and we gladly accepted. When we got to the restaurant, there was a beautiful table set up with our last name written on a slate heart to reserve our table and we were given two welcome glasses of Champagne. The food was FANTASTIC! One of the TOP meals we had while we were in Germany! Breakfast the next morning was delivered to our room and the food and coffee was perfect! When we checked out, we were packing our vehicle and left the key in the key drop box as we had to get to our next destination. The owner, once again, met us in the parking lot and made sure that we were comfortable through our entire stay and thanked us for picking his location. This was honestly our most FAVORITE place we stayed during our whole trip! We will definitely be back!

We were lucky to have a room with balcony overlooking the river, lovely views. Nice and quiet. Hardly any traffic. Owners are very pleasant.

Location in front of train station. It has a beer garden in front of the Rhine, it is renovated, clean, with good reception. Cheap buffet breakfast.     Absolutely everything. The location next to the River Mosel was excellent with car parking available next to the hotel. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the apartment each morning. The owners Philip and Corina were extremely friendly as were their staff. Boat trips to Cochem and Koblenz etc. were available from nearby. There was also a good bus service with a bus stop very close to the hotel.
