A wonderful spa-hotel where we spent four nights. Beautiful pool area, inside and outside, with different water temperatures ranging from 25 to 35 degrees. All staff were very polite and helpful at all times. The room service was quicker than I could imagine and the food was excellent. The breakfast was great and open until 11:30.

The location of the hotel is absolutely outstanding. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. They go out of their way to make one’s stay as nice as possible.There is also something of an exceptional value at the hotel: soothing silence. This, now rather rare phenomenon is really highly appreciated. The Steinle Hotel offers the luxury of no unnecessary background music. The sauna and the pool give the hotel a touch of excellence .Finally , the buffet breakfast is great with the possibility of getting eggs, on request.

Essentially a bed and breakfast hotel, but everything you could possibly want is made available throughout the day and evening. There’s even a pool and sauna, which I unfortunately I did not have time to make use of. Superb breakfast prepared every morning, which is advertised from 8 till 10, but was accessible earlier than 8.

Solid building everything in it extremely high quality. Hotel beds are the best I have slept in and I have slept on many! Beautiful stained glass windows. The fact that this is an old monastery gives this hotel such charm. The elderly nun who gave me treatments is very special. Gardens beautiful and so tranquil.

    [12:18] Orecny Peter Worst apt. where I was. Dirty and smell. Key box on the ground behind trash can and you will be have a problem with open the key box, because of rust and in a rain also wet. Problem with parking and no internet connection. This place is for animal not for human. Dirty socks front of the door. Used dishes and leave it in kitchen. If you open the fridge, you have a fiiling that there died some animal, not for food. Best thing it was hole in the wall, where you can see out of the apt. and it was not possible to cover somehow. It was fck cold inside, because od this hole. The kitchen is unusable, I don't understand how they can rent it without cleaning, they leave a used fork there. Bathroom, same story, dirty, dust and mold. Go away from here. [12:18] Orecny Peter Nothing was good. I can only say, go away from here or do not make a reservation here. This apt. is really only for animal. Location, not good, problem with the parking. Not internet conection.

    It seems that their "normal" clientele were repeat "offenders" and older than us. The room was great, the spa was great, breakfast good (the egg station was totally stressed); Dinner option has room for improvement. Staff very friendly

    It is a quiet town but has various restaurants and bars.

    It is a quiet town but has various restaurants and bars. There are plenty of supermarkets around the town. Its location is good if you intend to travel around sight seeing etc. with Munich about a 40 minute drive and interesting places like Fussen about an hour away. There are plenty of walks into the forests etc.

    The town offers free concerts every day in the Kursaal, there are Kneipp baths to enjoy and the Kurpark is a beautiful space to enjoy some exercise. We can recommend renting a bike to explore the town and beyond, which will take you into forest areas and great open spaces, as well as to some fabulous venues such as Swermer to enjoy the best cake in town, The final piece de resistance is the Sauna Paradise- must do!

    Wellness and food. We could stay as long as we want after check out, and enjoyed the wellness area free of charge. The beds were so soft and comfortable. We both slept like babies. It was very quiet and relaxing. Definitely for couples, not for families with children/teenagers.

    Really fantastic alpine hotel experience, with a free upgrade! Clean, spacious, wooden interior rooms with hot tub, great shower, comfy bed and blankets and good flat screen TV which connected easily to my Fire Stick
