The staff were super nice, helpful and service minded. The room was very nice and clean - and large. The whole hotel was in good condition. Make use of Hellweg-Sole-Thermen which is located as a neighbour, it is a fine bath and wellness place.

    It's a beautiful hotel/location, has certainly a wow factor. The staff is friendly (but not always around at the reception). The rooms are clean and look modern. The bed was great (soft mattresses which may not be everybody's cup of tea, but we did like them). Plenty of free parking spots just in front of the hotel.

    The hotel did not necessarily wow with the facilities available compared to a hotel not massively far away. The hotel needs a little bit of TLC. Hotel Brunnenhaus Schloss Landau nail it on all fronts for nearly 100 less.
