The staff at reception, Alfio, has been exceptional. He has allocated us in a very good bedroom, which, as requested was back facing and on the third floor. The bedroom was super clean with a bottle of water and tea making facilities. In the morning we had a nice breakfast and the lady in the breakfast room was very good in helping us with various breakfast choices.

Absolutely new hotel which was opened 3 days before our stay. Excellent location and facilities. The stuff was very nice, helpful and friendly. I can say that communication with the hotel team was in incredible level. Very much recommend ☺️

The room was spacious and quiet even though it was facing the main road. There's a lot of space in the bathroom too. The spa area was alright. The food in the restaurant was a bit pricey but delicious. Staffs were friendly. Parking was easy.

    Half way point to our ski holiday destination. Very good value for money. Despite being a motorway hotel, 150m to the busy A5, no noise in the room. Room was functional and clean, staff friendly. Our Family Room (2 single plus a bunk bed) exceeded expectations on size.
