The staff at the front counter were all so lovely, particularly on arrival & check out. The room was beyond my expectations & actually even better than the photos could show. The bed was amazing & the added 'sitting area' a bonus ! Breakfast was equally as wonderful, from the exquisite room to the staff & the food.
